Hoxhunt Summer Hunters internship program will be the runway of your career

Hoxhunt in a nutshell

Hoxhunt was founded in 2016 by four visionaries. Today we are a team of +200 amazing people advancing one of the hottest scale-up companies in the human risk management category, with locations in the United States and Finland. We have been featured in CIO Magazine, Forbes, Inc., EU-Startups, and many more publications.

We educate employees on how to protect themselves and their employers against malicious cyberattacks. Our core belief is that the best way to do this is through frequent, personalized, and behavior-changing cybersecurity training.

Our daily work is guided by 3 core principles:

  1. Hungry for feedback – we want to learn and grow in our profession, and that requires us giving and taking feedback.
  2. Courage to take initiative – we're willing to take ownership and start making the change we want to see happening.
  3. We succeed together – great product and user experience are created with collaborative team efforts.

If you share that mindset and want to build something meaningful, you’ll fit right in.

Why Join Summer Hunters?

Joining the Summer Hunters program means you’ll work side-by-side with seasoned engineers, data scientists and countless other professionals of the field. Our culture is built on continuous learning and openness, giving you space to experiment, ask questions, and grow at your own pace. During the internship you’ll be working on real products used by thousands (and even millions) of people, making meaningful contributions from day one. Many of our past interns have transitioned into full-time roles because this program is designed to be the starting point of a long-term journey. It’s a blend of serious tech, human-first purpose, and good vibes.

Meet some of our alumni

"I was really surprised and excited about how the people are here. I don't think I had like any bad experience with anyone. I like the culture of not like blaming anyone and that it's OK to make mistakes."

EssiData Engineer & Summer Hunter 2022

"I worked on the email-answerable security awareness quizzes, and there’s still code from my first week running in our single-port infrastructure. As an intern, it felt pretty wild to ship things that quickly and see them stay in use."

JulesSenior Software Engineer & Summer Hunter 2020

"After the program I was working as a software engineer in another team, and then after a while I have been involved in starting a new product team here, now working as a team lead for our new greenfield product team."
